Important

We are building toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A complete manual conformance evaluation has not yet been completed, so we do not claim full conformance at this time.

01

The standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA as our target. These guidelines cover areas such as keyboard access, focus visibility, colour contrast, text alternatives, adaptable layouts, form instructions and predictable interactions.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certificate. We review new store features and content against that target and prioritise barriers that prevent somebody from completing an important task.

02

What we design and test for

  • A logical heading structure, page landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
  • Keyboard access and a visible focus indicator for interactive controls.
  • Meaningful link text, form labels, instructions and error feedback.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful product and editorial images.
  • Readable contrast, responsive layouts and content that can be enlarged without losing essential information.
  • Clear language and consistent routes to search, cart, wishlist and customer support.
03

How we check the website

Our build process runs structural accessibility and HTML checks across the site. We also use real-browser review for keyboard navigation, focus order, colour contrast, responsive behaviour and important shopping flows.

Automated tools cannot identify every barrier and do not prove conformance by themselves. Manual testing, customer feedback and testing with assistive technology remain important parts of the review process.

04

Third-party services

Some parts of the buying journey are provided by services we do not fully control, including Shopify checkout, payment providers, maps, carriers and linked social platforms. Their accessibility can differ from the Audio Revival website.

If a third-party service creates a barrier, contact us. We will offer another reasonable way to get information or complete the task where we can, and raise the issue with the provider where appropriate.

05

Tell us about a barrier

If something is difficult or impossible to use, tell us the page or product, what you were trying to do, what happened and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you were using.

You can contact us by email, phone or through the contact form. We will respond as soon as we can, work with you on an accessible alternative and use the report to improve the site.

06

Reviewing this statement

We will update this statement as the website, our testing or relevant accessibility standards change. The current effective date remains published at the top of this page.
