$375About this piece
For sale is a pre-owned, genuine pair of Van den Hul The Jubilee Silver Hybrid balanced interconnect cables. This pair measures 0.6 metres in length and comes complete with its original factory box.
This is a rare opportunity to own a collector-tier cable. The Jubilee is a limited-edition anniversary model commissioned specifically to celebrate Van den Hul’s milestone anniversary. It was designed as an exotic, premium upgrade to their famous D-102 Mk III platform, replacing the standard silver-coated copper layout with a 100% pure solid silver foundation.
Technical Specifications
- Cable Topology: Twin-core balanced line architecture.
- Internal Signal Conductors: Two centre cores, each constructed of 19 distinct strands of the highest-grade pure solid silver.
- Conductor Insulation: Every individual silver strand is layered in a specialised protective lacquer coating to prevent physical friction, boundary anomalies, and long-term metal aging.
- Hybrid Noise Suppression: The primary silver conductors are directly surrounded by an additional layer saturated with Van den Hul's proprietary Linear Structured Carbon (LSC). This design dampens microphonic effects, converts external magnetic fields, and lowers static interference.
- Moisture & Environmental Protection: The internal voids surrounding the conductors are packed with specially treated artificial filler fibres, providing a completely sealed barrier against moisture penetration.
- Outer Sheathing: Sheathed in a thick, signature yellow Hulliflex halogen-free jacket, which delivers mechanical strain relief, flexibility, and resistance to chemical wear.
- Termination: Factory-configured with premium balanced XLR connections.
Why Listeners Love It
Listeners highly praise the Jubilee Silver Hybrid for its ability to pull micro-details out of recordings without ever sounding harsh or fatiguing. Because of the pure silver architecture, it is widely celebrated for delivering extremely smooth high frequencies, an enormous depth of soundstage, and exceptionally deep, natural bass reproduction. It is the perfect upgrade for a closely stacked or desktop-adjacent layout where a shorter, high-performance link is required to keep the signal path pure and noise-free.
